About Lyceum

Lyceum is building a user-centric GPU cloud from the ground up. Our mission is to make high-performance computing seamless, accessible, and tailored to the needs of modern AI and ML workloads. We're not just deploying infrastructure — we’re designing and building our own large-scale GPU cluster from scratch. If you've ever wanted to help shape a cloud platform from day one, this is your moment.

The Role:

We’re looking for a sharp, driven and analytical Finance Analyst to join our founding team. You will work directly with the CFO and play a key role in developing the financial systems, models and insights that drive our business forward. This is a hands-on role at the core of a fast-growing infrastructure company.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support financial reporting, forecasting and strategic planning

  • Maintain and improve financial models, including cost structures, P&L, CapEx and cash flow

  • Prepare investor materials and support equity and debt fundraising processes

  • Develop internal tools and processes for finance and operations

  • Contribute to pricing strategies and business model development

  • Collaborate across teams to support decision-making with financial insights

What We’re Looking For

  • High sense of ownership — you like building from the ground up

  • Sharp analytical mindset and a structured, detail-oriented working style

  • Curiosity for how infrastructure, energy and finance intersect

  • Highly reliable, hands-on, and comfortable in fast-paced environments

  • Currently enrolled in (or recently graduated from) a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in business, finance, economics, engineering, or a related field

Bonus Points

  • Experience in consulting, VC, finance, or an early-stage startup

  • Experience working on side projects, student initiatives, or anything entrepreneurial

  • Passion for climate tech, energy systems or the economics of infrastructure

Why Join Us

  • Build from zero: Join Lyceum at the earliest stage and help shape not just a product, but the foundation of an entire infrastructure company. You’ll work closely with the founders and have real ownership from day one.

  • Hard, meaningful problems: We’re operating at the intersection of deep tech, AI, and energy. Expect complex challenges — and the freedom to work on them creatively.

  • Visibility & impact: This is a high-exposure role. You’ll contribute directly to financial strategy, investor communications, and fundraising - not just operations.

  • Growth & learning: You’ll gain real insight into how a VC-backed tech company works from the inside: funding, scaling, infrastructure, capital markets, and more.

  • Everything else: Solid compensation, flexible location (Berlin, Munich or remote), modern tech stack, and a driven, open-minded team.
