About Lyceum
Lyceum is building a user-centric GPU cloud from the ground up. Our mission is to make high-performance computing seamless, accessible, and tailored to the needs of modern AI and ML workloads. We're not just deploying infrastructure — we’re designing and building our own large-scale GPU cluster from scratch. If you've ever wanted to help shape a cloud platform from day one, this is your moment.
The Role
We're looking for a sharp, driven and curious Founders Associate Intern with a strong interest in finance, operations and strategic thinking. You’ll work directly with our CFO and the founding team to help build the financial backbone of a fast-growing deep-tech startup. This is not a passive internship – you’ll be trusted with real responsibility from day one and gain first-hand insights into the core levers of building and scaling a technology company.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate closely with our CFO on financial reporting, investor updates and strategic planning
Help track key cost drivers and maintain financial models
Contribute to fundraising processes (debt & equity)
Assist in building tools and workflows
Be a sparring partner on strategic and operational questions across the business
What We’re Looking For
High sense of ownership — you like building from the ground up
Sharp analytical mindset and a structured, detail-oriented working style
Curiosity for how infrastructure, energy and finance intersect
Highly reliable, hands-on, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
Currently enrolled in (or recently graduated from) a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in business, finance, economics, engineering, or a related field
Bonus Points
Experience in consulting, VC, finance, or an early-stage startup
Experience working on side projects, student initiatives, or anything entrepreneurial
Passion for climate tech, energy systems or the economics of infrastructure
Why Join Us
Build from zero: Join Lyceum at the earliest stage and help shape not just a product, but the foundation of an entire infrastructure company. You’ll work closely with the founders and have real ownership from day one.
Hard, meaningful problems: We’re operating at the intersection of deep tech, AI, and energy. Expect complex challenges — and the freedom to work on them creatively.
Visibility & impact: This is a high-exposure role. You’ll contribute directly to financial strategy, investor communications, and fundraising - not just operations.
Growth & learning: You’ll gain real insight into how a VC-backed tech company works from the inside: funding, scaling, infrastructure, capital markets, and more.
Everything else: Solid compensation, flexible location (Berlin, Munich or remote), modern tech stack, and a driven, open-minded team.
