About Lyceum

Lyceum is building a user-centric GPU cloud from the ground up. Our mission is to make high-performance computing seamless, accessible, and tailored to the needs of modern AI and ML workloads. We're not just deploying infrastructure - we’re designing and building our own large-scale GPU cluster from scratch. If you've ever wanted to help shape a cloud platform from day one, this is your moment.

The Role

We’re looking for a sharp and motivated Growth Manager to help define and execute our go-to-market strategy. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you’ll work closely with the founding team and support Lyceum’s entry into the market — from early user acquisition and positioning to strategic partnerships and growth infrastructure. You’ll help connect our technical platform to its first users and work across marketing, product, and operations to identify what drives adoption, retention, and community.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and execute go-to-market and user acquisition strategies

  • Build and run campaigns for lead generation, community engagement, and technical education

  • Shape our positioning and messaging across segments (AI labs, startups, universities, enterprises)

  • Develop content, decks, and collateral to support sales and partnerships

  • Collaborate with product and engineering to align growth priorities with roadmap

  • Identify and test new growth channels, tactics, and community-driven initiatives

  • Track funnel metrics and report growth performance and learnings

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in growth, marketing, business development, or product at a tech-driven company or startup

  • Excellent writing and communication skills - clear, structured, and user-focused

  • Curiosity for AI, cloud infrastructure, developer tools, or HPC

  • Hands-on mindset - you’re comfortable testing, learning, and iterating quickly

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects independently

Bonus Points

  • Familiarity with AI/ML user personas, developer platforms, or deep tech ecosystems

  • Background in copywriting, technical storytelling, or community-led growth

  • Comfort working closely with engineers, product managers, or technical founders

Why Join Us

  • Be one of the first business hires in a deep-tech infrastructure company with global ambition

  • Shape how we bring Lyceum to market - from brand voice to first customers

  • Work directly with experienced founders on strategy, product, and execution

  • High ownership, fast iteration, and room to grow into a leadership role

  • Competitive compensation and the chance to help build something foundational for Europe
